BC Director Jordan Bateman says BC needs to overhaul its Air Ambulance service which is contracted out to two private sector businesses. Jordan says BC should model itself after Alberta which uses a not for profit system. Alberta not only has more helicopters in service, but is also subsidized at less than half the cost of BC's service.
